Here are security related features currently available and on our roadmap:
Access logging
With Arc Studio, you have full insight into who has accessed your IP, and when. Exports are tracked, so you know when your IP has left your cloud.
Centralized access management
Control who has access to your project in one place, set their access level, and revoke it with a click.
Configurable export management
Disable export for certain people on your team, so that only authorized people can easily move your IP out of your cloud. Coming soon.
Configurable watermarks
Generate identifying watermarks when you export PDFs so that you’re able to trace individual copies to their origin when they show up in the wild. Coming soon.
Arc Studio cloud security
Hosting: Arc Studio is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the industry leading cloud host. All our services are not only hosted, but also managed by AWS, e.g. database encryption and backups are handled by AWS according to industry best practices.
Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit as well as at rest.
Audits: We have regular security audits and pen-tests by third parties.
Arc Studio OnPrem Edition
For additional security requirements, we can install a version of Arc Studio on infrastructure in the control of your organization. We can be granted temporary and partial access for maintenance, with the appropriate query-access controlled at the database level.
